Log Flume Chiapas Opens in McThemeParks

Starting Saturday, June 21, visitors can cool off digitally in the log flume Chiapas at McThemeParks. The iconic water ride from Phantasialand, which opened in 2014, will be available to explore in Minecraft as of 2025. Chiapas – DIE Wasserbahn, located in the Mexico-themed area, takes you on an expedition past ancient Mayan ruins, through the wilderness, and into a true fiesta.

The server team has worked hard over the past few weeks to bring the attraction to life. Everything was recreated in detail to ensure the best possible experience. The surrounding area of the ride has also been built. Discover hidden pathways, unlock achievements, and visit restaurant Coco Rico. The newly themed harbor at the exit of Chiapas is also included!

Players with the ClubCard rank will have the opportunity to operate the attraction. Using the control panel, you must ensure that all block sections are released. If you fail to release more than three sections, the ride will go into a fault state. The ClubCard holder will then be tasked with restarting the attraction. An exclusive ClubCard preview of the ride will take place on June 20.

To celebrate the opening, themed shop items will be available in the park’s stores. Collectibles such as a pin and a figurine will be for sale. Dress up in Mexican style with a mustache or sombrero!

Final touches are currently being completed in the Mexico-themed area. The Tikal drop towers opened a few weeks ago, and preparations are already underway for topspin Talocan! Keep an eye on the server for the latest updates.
